All orders are normally * despatched for delivery within 3 working days. Our courier, ANC operate a U.K. wide next day delivery service.

The Megger Accessories and Services store is only available on our UK web site. If you require a product for delivery outside the UK, or are not a UK based client please click here to email us and we will inform you of a suitable supplier in your area.

Orders with a total value of less than £100 exclusive of VAT will attract a £7 Delivery charge. Any order with a total value of £100 or above will be delivered free of charge.

In the event of an ordered product needing to be returned, in the first instance call or email our customer services team be clicking on the following link Customer Services. Please include your invoice number, product description, and the reason for your return request in order that they may issue a returns authorisation (RA) number, which ensures our tracking of your return.

In the event that a return of goods is required, the customer is expected to cover the carriage charge for the return. If the situation arose that due to Megger error a return of goods is required, Megger would cover the carriage charge for the return.

* During the period between Christmas and New Year our Dover operation closes for the holidays. During this time orders will be processed as normal but we regret that delivery will not be possible until the New Year.
